Hi, my name is Steve Barker and I host the RAW Leadership Podcast. The purpose of the RAW Leadership Podcast is to help inspire young, emerging Leaders to step into their potential. The RAW Leadership Podcast will also serve the more experienced Leaders with insights, hints, tips and hacks. Leadership is all about people and this is why the RAW Leadership Podcast is about the "Human Skills" or as they are often referred too... the soft skills of Leadership. Having served 26 years in the Royal Air Force all over the world I have a vast array of experiences and skills in "People". I lived in cultures for years on end and had to observe and learn how to communicate and influence effectively with those around me. I will interview Business Leading experts and we will dive into their experiences and lessons so we can all learn from them.
